How to use

 

 

• To maximise the potential benefits of Gomutra ark (Shatavari) & Gomutra ghanvati (Shatavari), we advise taking them in combination and following the recommended dosage guidelines.
• It is recommended to take these medicines during the morning hours between 9 am and 11 am for optimal results.
• The standard dose from 5 to 15 years is 10ml Gomutra Ark with 1 Ghanvati, from 16 – 25 years is 15ml Gomutra Ark with 2 Ghanvati & from 26 & above years is 20ml with 4 Ghanvati.
• Dilute Gomutra Ark with the same ratio of water.
• It is important to follow the recommended dosage and consult a Gavyasiddh Doctor / Registered Medical practitioner/ other Doctors before taking the medication.
